Jasmine

Jasmine, also known as “poets jasmine”, are tropical white flowers native to India, Indonesia and Malaysia. However, the name Jasmine comes from the Persian word Yasmin, which means “a gift from God”. This elegant vine with dark green leaves produces buds and flowers that are incredibly fragrant. They produce a rich, sweet and leafy aroma that is almost intoxicating. It is a common practice of the women of India to adorn their hair with a string weaved with jasmine buds.

Jasmine is a mood booster as well as a natural aphrodisiac. It can fight away fatigue and effectively reduce depressive symptoms. It is a natural remedy against symptoms of menopause such as PMS and cramps.
